Job Description
Background
KPMG Restructuring is widely regarded as the leading Restructuring practice in the UK, involved in all aspects of company side advisory and formal insolvency work. The team provide services to a full spectrum of businesses from small owner managed concerns through to large multinationals and also a wide range of work with public sector organisations.
The business is focussed on expanding and improving its use of web content and digital marketing to engage with prospective business clients, particularly amongst the SME population. It has recently launched a new website specifically targeting this market under the brand name of “KPMG Business Rescue Services” (https://home.kpmg.com/uk/en/home/services/advisory/deal-advisory/business-rescue.html)
The development of an SME-focussed website follows on the back of significant success the KPMG Restructuring practice has enjoyed in the personal insolvency solutions market where it has had a strong web presence for a number of years through its dedicated site (https://personaldebt.kpmg.co.uk/) which is managed from our Glasgow office.
The Role
KPMG Restructuring is recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to join their expanding team in Glasgow City Centre to focus specifically on the KPMG Business Rescue Services (“BRS”) website.
The role will be supervised day to day by a Glasgow-based Digital Marketing Manager who will have responsibility for both the BRS site and the Personal Insolvency site. Strategic direction on the BRS site will be provided by the UK Head of Sales & Business Development for Restructuring in London.
As part of this role, the successful applicant will therefore be required to work with a number of different teams across the business. Experience of briefing work into different teams (such as designers, developers etc.) is essential.
The Individual
We are looking for enthusiastic applicants with 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
Applicants must have experience in search engine marketing (PPC & SEO) and will have worked across Google Ads and Bing. Having a Google Ads certification would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will be experienced in creating reports, and will have previously worked with platforms such as Google Analytics.
CVs from candidates working in agency and in-house roles will be accepted. It would be advantageous for candidates to have experience working within regulated industries.
