KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Practice Operations to join our Business Tax Services organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Manage staffing allocation and reporting while working with the engagement teams to determine appropriate staffing and profitability
·  Utilize resource management systems to generate analysis and reporting of key staffing metrics using large amounts of data
·  Monitor staff and manager progress toward chargeability goals and analysis of underutilized staff, overtime hours, and potential recruiting need
·  Provide accurate and timely reports including analysis of key financial metrics, utilization, projected full time employees, staffing needs, and ad hoc reporting requests from leadership
·  Serve as a team member within the practice, providing support with regards to risk management, financial support, and/or knowledge management
·  Work with practice leaders to develop action steps for optimal business results based on client goals and objectives

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of three years of client service delivery or related project experience; preferably within a professional services firm
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
·  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
·  Strong research and reporting skills
