KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Practice Operations to join our International Tax organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Participate in strategic projects and initiatives, and overall, meaningfully contribute to the efficiency of the Ops team and practice
·  Effectively and with professional discretion, liaising with other practices, offices, and support groups (e.g., HR and Recruiting) to gather data, coordinate logistics, and follow up on action items
·  Prepare, track and maintain important components of the Operation infrastructure (e.g., distribution lists, action items, and schedules) with minimal supervision
·  Proactively and with executive presence, organize and assume accountability for leadership calls and meetings including the development of agendas and presentations, coordination of logistical support, recording minutes, and performing follow-up
·  Anticipate and manage practice and leadership communications such as announcements and calls including coordinating draft communications, preparing practice meeting agendas, obtaining necessary reviews and approvals, arranging for necessary logistical elements, and distributing timely invitations and communications

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of one year or prior work experience
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
·  Proficiency with Microsoft office, strong proficient/advanced knowledge is preferred in PowerPoint and Excel
·  Ability to exercise independent judgment to make day to day decisions with minimal supervision
·  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
·  Motivated with the aptitude to manage multiple tasks and personalities
