Your opportunity
The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a new member of The Mall Firenze Facility Management/General Services team, based in Leccio, Reggello. The team works with the deepest passion and commitment to ensure a perfect environment and reliable services for all our tenants and guests, supporting the opening of new stores, the realization and implementation of events and the setup of new installations within the malls.
Reporting to the Site Coordinator and joining a dynamic and passionate team, the General Service staff member will play a crucial role in contributing to the unique and exclusive customer experience we offer to our guests, ensuring properly coordinated maintenance and perfect efficiency of the whole mall structures, systems, and services.
How you will contribute
· Ensure the regular maintenance and operational efficiency of The Mall Firenze’s buildings, systems, and services, proactively preventing breakdowns or failures of facilities, machinery, or equipment.
· Coordinate and monitor all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across technical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, etc.).
· Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, tenants, and third parties regarding facility and general service issues, providing timely support and managing urgent or emergency situations effectively.
· Support the Facility Management team in the execution of ongoing projects such as refurbishments, moves, maintenance interventions, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines and quality standards.
· Ensure proper documentation management (technical certifications, maintenance logs, safety compliance reports) and monitor regulatory deadlines.
· Assist in budget tracking and cost control for facility-related expenses and contribute to evaluating bids and quotations from vendors.
· Monitor service agreements and key performance indicators (KPIs) of vendors and contractors, ensuring high service standards and continuous improvement.
· Oversee the maintenance of all green areas including gardens, hedges, lawns, and ornamental plants, ensuring a high-quality aesthetic standard aligned with the brand image.
· Collaborate with Marketing, Tourism Marketing or Communication teams for temporary setups, special visual arrangements and events
Who you are
· A professional specialised in facility management with at least a former working experience in these fields
· You have a High School/Bachelor’s degree in surveying ( geometra ), engineering, architecture or similar
· You are a motivated, reliable, organized, and autonomous person, with great attention to detail
· You are a flexible team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· You are a proactive and discreet person, with high ethical standards and integrity
· You are proficient in MS Office suite
· You are fluent in Italian with a good command of English, both spoken and written
· If you belong to legally protected categories (L. 68/99) your application is more than welcomed
