ROLE MISSION
Your mission is to support the Marketing Team in the development and execution of WWD Retail, Wholesale and Brand activations. You will contribute to a variety of marketing projects, gaining valuable experience in event coordination, packaging, branding, and communication tools.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Support the Marketing Team in the preparation and execution of WHS, RET and Brand events
· Assist in the development of guidelines related to packaging, marketing tools, layouts, and visual templates
· Contribute to gifting management : sampling new proposals, monitoring stock, coordinating replenishments and distributions, and keeping the gifting catalogue updated
· Collaborate in the development of labelling and packaging for new product launches
· Support bespoke projects , including the creation of both printed and digital deliverables
· Support for all kind of marketing presentations , in the communication with internal and external stakeholders
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a plus
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
· Fluent English (written and spoken)
· Strong aesthetic sense, with attention to quality and details
· Proactive, resourceful, and eager to take initiative
