Job Description

We are currently seeking a Jr. C&B HR Control Analyst who will report to the C&B and HR Cost Control Manager as part of our dynamic team in our New York offices.  

ROLE

This crucial member of the HR Department will lead a team in the preparation, review and interpretation of all personnel related reporting. The Jr.C&B HR Control Analyst will be a partner in providing the organization with analysis need to make business decisions and manage personnel costs.

MISSION

·  Execute and develop ad hoc and monthly reports including but not limited to: manpower, headcount, and overtime
·  Lead commission calculation for Mexico, Brazil and Panama on both monthly and semi-monthly basis
·  Participate in administering retail incentive programs
·  Maintain payroll and benefits files and invoices for LATAM countries
·  Assist with continuous job classification and salary bands audits and ensure data accuracy
·  Coordinate with HR on quarterly audit of employees PTO usage
·  Collect and provide data and compensation analysis upon request; Work on assigned projects

PROFILE

·  Bachelors in Business, Finance or Human Resources
·  1+ years in similar role with; Retail experience a plus
·  Core competencies and traits:
·  Highly confidential and diplomatic with sensitive personnel information
·  High availability and responsiveness
·  Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
·  Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Word
·  Ability to multi-task while maintaining critical deadlines
·  Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and counterparts overseas
·  Position is based in New York, willingness to travel to NJ Office as needed
