ABOUT SAINT LAURENT
Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape.
In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe.
Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.
Job Description
ROLE
Within the HR Manager of Saint Laurent Central Europe region, your main missions will revolve around the daily human resources management for our store network
MISSION
Recruitment
· Recruitment of in-store staff and EMEA support trainees
· Elaboration of announcements with the help of operational staff,
· Posting of ads on the different Jobboards
· Selection of applications (sorting of CVs, telephone pre-selection, organization of appointments, etc.)
· Participation in recruitment interviews
· Feeding and updating a candidate database
Compensation & Benefit
· Calculation & Control of variable payments
· Filing of files and transfer to the payroll department
· Payroll control in connection with the dedicated service
Formation
· Participation in training and integration projects
· Support in the deployment of the training plan
Administrative management
· Entry and follow-up of individual files on our software
· Edition of certificates and contractual documents
· Updating organizational charts
You will be required to participate in other projects depending on the news of the HR department.
PROFILE
· You're currently studying Economics, Fashion/Retail or a similar field preferred with a focus on Human Resources, and you've gained first professional experience in the field of Human Resources
· In addition to your strong talent for organization and planning, you're highly motivated, full of energy and driven by curiosity and willingness to learn
· You benefit from solid emotional intelligence and you know how to take initiatives and are a force of proposal
· You describe yourself as a team player and you're a real profi in MS Office
· Good English skills & very good German skills (both oral & written) are a matter of course for you
