We are looking for a Security Intern to join our team based in Milan.
How you will contribute:
You will report to the Head of Security and H&S and you will support a variety of activities related to Security. Mainly, you will have the following responsibilities supervised by the Head of Security and H&S and the Security manager:

Make sure that offices, stores and logistic facilities adhere to applicable policies, processes and operating principles, ensuring compliance with any legislation related to Security;

Support the security culture and improvements participating in projects or initiatives identified by the site;
·
Assist in conducting risk assessments, audits and inspections;
·
Support the implementation, updating, reviewing and auditing of the Company procedures and policies related to security;
·
Support tracking security incident in stores or office buildings;
·
Help on incident investigations and action management;
·
Support the Head of Security and H&S on various office activities (i.e.: invoice authorizations, travel security software management, suppliers orders, day by day supervision of security on Brand events and activities, etc.);
·
Coordinate training courses.
Who you are:
·
Bachelor’s degree (PoliSi degree, for example) or Master Degree in relevant fields;
·
Knowledge of the security regulation;
·
Fluent in Italian and English;
·
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
·
Ability to work in team;
·
Problem solving ability,
·
Strong sense of respect and confidentiality;
·
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
