Job Family Description -Talent Management & Acquisition: Anticipates required human capital for our company. Plans ahead to meet needs in recruitment, performance, development and retention. Sub-Job Family Description - Learning/Training: Anticipates learning needs, providing initiatives and liaising with internal and external interlocutors to organise training and development initiatives. Aims at sharpening the technical, behavioural skills and knowledge of our employees in order to enhance their performance and professional development. Provides training and development activities to other functions.

We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR team based in Milan and reporting to the Global Talent and Learning Manager . Your role aims at improving Pomellato people performance and leadership, creating an experience that attracts and retain talents we need.
You are the point of contact for managers, people and HR team able to advise and guide on best development solution.

How you will contribute:

· 
Being in charge of the learning and development roadmap and activities: needs collection and analysis, co-design of collective and individuals plans, sessions organization including all logistic aspects, creation and follow up of indicators/reporting, coordination of the activity related to funded training;

· 
Being the point of contact for managers, people and HR team able to advise and guide on best development solutions;

· 
Ensuring effectiveness of the L&D process and offer, propose improvements 

· 
Facilitating local learning events;

· 
Managing the training budget;

· 
Ensuring the initiatives and learning experience or events are promoted, in place and well used;

· 
Leading the global tracking and recording training courses data and data analysis;

· 
Coordinating the completion of the Social Indicators report related to trainings;

· 
Assessing the impact of our service level to adjust when relevant;

· 
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of learning and development trends and solutions;

· 
Benchmark activites to discover competitive advantages.

Who you are:

· 
Experienced a learning & people development role, preferably in a global company, within a regional or global headquarter;

· 
Proven experience in project management;

· 
Integrity, Openness, Emotional Intelligence;  

· 
Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English, French is a plus;

· 
Proficient in Excel;

· 
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;

· 
Passion for learning and development within the luxury goods industry;

· 
Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms is a plus.
