Job Family Description -HR Business Partner: Performs a wide range of Human Resources activities and supervision. Provides specialised advice and assistance to business unit management regarding complex HR issues.

We are currently looking for a HR Generalist Intern who will join our dynamic HR team based in Milan. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various aspects of talent acquisition, people management and HR administration, for Corporate, Operations and Retail EMEA areas of Pomellato and DoDo brands.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a luxury industry setting, working with a diverse and talented team.

How you will contribute:

· 
Be involved in all recruiting activities, from posting job openings to supporting the team in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing;

· 
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in developing job descriptions;

· 
Participate to University career days and events;

· 
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture;

· 
Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes.

Who you are:

· 
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;

· 
Fluent in Italian and English, French or German are considered a plus;

· 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

· 
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities;

· 
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;

· 
Proficient in MS Office applications.
