Your Opportunity

We are currently looking for an HR Communication and Engagement Intern to join our dynamic team based in Milan.

How you will contribute

· 
Support the Communication and Engagement team in Internal Communication, People Engagement, Employer Branding, CSR and Internal events activities.

· 
Actively support content creation, planning the delivery of internal communication campaigns to enhance employee’s commitment and awareness

· 
Support the management and development of Workplace community

· 
Collaborate in the definition and implementation of internal projects and initiatives

Who you are

· 
University Degree preferably in Communication area, Master in HR

· 
Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills

· 
Ability to handle several projects and tasks simultaneously

· 
Good writing/communication skills

· 
Well-organized, flexibility and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· 
Confident with Power Point, Sway, Canva and other presentation tools

· 
Good knowledge of Excel

· 
Fluent in English
