We are currently seeking a Customer Operation Process Analyst who will report to the Customer Operation Manager as part of our dynamic Customer Service Team in LINDBERG.
How you will contribute
· Maintaining or Developing Process Mapping
· Collecting & Tracking Systemic/Process Requirements
· Monitoring & Measuring Customer Operations Service KPI Metrics
· Collaborating in system development initiatives both during the implementation and post-implementation phase, assisting in integration, UAT testing, and key user training
· Process analyzing or Alignment Needs
· Gatekeeper of Training Content
· Key contact for troubleshooting support & assigned system platform
Who you are
· 2-5 years of experience in process or systems development
· Project management and strong analytical skills
· Knowledge of Customer Service processes and order-to-cash flows
· Knowledge of CRM systems and BI applications is a plus
· Knowledge of SAP and Dynamics Axapta ERP systems is a plus
· Passionate team player with a proactive orientation to results
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Capable of working under pressure
· Ability to prioritize work effectively
