HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

·  Oversee one direct report responsible for cash positioning and various daily cash activities
·  Lead the development and ongoing improvement of the direct cash flow forecast and rolling cash flow projections.
·  Analyze cash flow variances and trends to provide actionable insights to management.
·  Monitoring of IC cash pooling and posting of interest.
·  Ensure treasury operations adhere to internal policies, and local regulatory requirements.
·  Responsible for managing all aspects of letters of credit, including issuance, amendments, and compliance with internal policies.
·  Manage relationships with local and international banking partners, ensuring efficient service levels and favorable terms.
·  Leverage existing banking relationships to open, manage and maintain bank accounts.
·  Monitor and oversee existing bank account services and signatories including bank account administration for opening, migrating and closing accounts.
·  Maintain user access, and control protocols for banking portals across both countries.
·  Coordinate setup of new bank accounts in SAP HFM.
·  Oversee the processing and release of payments, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
·  Manage intercompany loan agreements and payments, maintaining accurate records and compliance with global treasury policies.
·  Lead special projects.

WHO YOU ARE

·  Minimum  of 3-5 Treasury Experience in retail, or other global organization
·  Experience managing and leading teams
·  Strong cashflow forecasting background
·  SAP
·  Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, or related field

Preferred

·  Background in Insurance
·  MBA a plus
·  CTA
·  Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 per year plus incentives
