Job Description
Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Talent Management & Development Intern within the Kering Americas Team reporting to the Director, Talent - Americas. The role is based in Wayne, NJ.
How you will contribute

Support project management in people processes including, but not limited to, performance management, talent review and succession planning, career planning and mobility, and talent development
·
Coordinate logistics for training events, leadership programs, and other in-person development opportunities
·
Play “Producer” role for virtually facilitated trainings and workshops, including partnering with the Facilitator and providing technical support within Teams, etc.

Collect and asses learning evaluation results
·
Adapt instructional content or delivery methods for different levels or types of learners
·
Analyze talent-related data reports and provide executive summaries or presentations
·
Assist with drafting and organizing content for internal communications
·
Interface with other departments or brand office locations when necessary
·
Stay current on the latest trends in Talent Management & Development processes and programs; providing data, information, and insights to help build and constantly improve our strategy to ensure we are maximizing our effectiveness and support to HR and our business areas

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Who you are
·
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
·
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills, with the ability to make qualitative recommendations for processes and programs using data
·
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with an HRIS system (Workday preferred) is a plus
·
Strong written and verbal communication
·
Interest within luxury retail/fashion
