Job Description
Your opportunity
You will join the Finance Department of Kering Operations and have the opportunity to cover one of the 2 positions below:

Procure to Pay (P2P) Industrial Accountant
·
Record to Report (R2R) Industrial Accountant
How you will contribute
·
Ensure the correct keeping of accounting books and mandatory records and the verification, control and filing of tax documents (Intrastat)
·
Manage inter-company reconciliations
·
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis, following the management needs
For the Procure to Pay opportunity only:
·
Manage invoices and payments’ approvals
·
Record and issue invoices, imputation and cost evaluation
·
Cooperate with controlling department to support the monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities
For the Record to Report opportunity only:
·
Manage Accounts Receivable activities, including Intercompany, intra UE, self-billing invoices & invoices raised to allow good shipments among extra UE countries
Who you are
·
High school graduate (a university degree in economics will be considered a plus)
·
Accountant with a former experience at least in a similar role; any experience in supporting retail / luxury retail business within a finance function would be a plus
·
Knowledgeable about principles that govern the general and fiscal accounting of a company and of national and international accounting standards (IFRS)
·
Proactive detail-oriented person, with analytical approach, able to regularly meet challenging deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks
·
Effective and positive team player with excellent communication skills and agile, collaborative and inclusive approach; able to work with a high level of autonomy, when needed
·
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel especially (working knowledge of AS400, JD Edwards and/or SAP will be a plus)
·
Fluent in Italian, with a good knowledge of English
