The Kering Procurement department is currently seeking a Direct Procurement Analyst who will report to the Group Head of Direct Procurement as part of our team in Milan.

Your opportunity

As a Data Analyst, you will be pivotal in driving data-driven decisions, enhancing business intelligence, and supporting strategic initiatives across our fashion brands. You will work closely with various departments, ensuring the optimal use of data and contributing to the overall performance and efficiency of the group​.

How you will contribute

·  Interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
·  Develop and monitor algorithms and predictive models to optimize brand performance and synergies.
·  Create executive dashboards and deliver insightful presentations to senior management​.
·  Will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of Power BI system.
·  Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide tailored data solutions and support in the implementation of those.
·  Analyze commodities market trends and suppliers behaviors to support program development and product performance maximization​.
·  Answer complex business questions by using appropriate statistical techniques on available data or designing and running experiments to gather data.
·  Use a hypothesis driven approach to analyze data to answer key business questions; provide clear and concise deliverables and recommendations.
·  Align procurement practices with the group's sustainability requirements​​.

Who you are

·  Expert on Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI)
·  Experience in data analysis within the fashion or retail industry.
·  Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred​.
·  Proven understanding of market research methodologies
·  Proficiency working in a customer analytics focused role
·  Demonstrated ability to manage complex analysis and data relationships
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously​.
·  Strong interest in the luxury fashion industry and its evolving trends​.
·  Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus​​.
