We are currently seeking a Master Data Management Specialist to give support and assist master data creation and maintenance in SAP and Esker (vendor, customer, cost center, accounts, users, etc.)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

·  Managing changes to SAP master data (mainly vendor, customer, Bank, Bank accounts, GL accounts, materials) as requested by the business
·  Managing changes in Esker master data (user creation, cc maintenance, GL accounts, approval workflow updates, etc.)
·  Performing mass updates to master data as required
·  Participating in projects and initiatives across multiple functional
·  areas and regions
·  Working with business units, process experts and IT to resolve master data issues
·  Ensuring data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across systems
·  Ensure and collect vendors confidential information.
·  Safeguard confidential documentation of vendors.
·  Supporting the business with required procedures, submitting incidents and change requests when needed
·  Work with the global team and Director of Financial systems to develop a process to maintain all Master Data up to date
·  Develop and execute an ongoing audit plan for Master Data
·  Prepare analysis and supporting documentation for both internal and external audits
·  Any other ad hoc activities as needed
