Your opportunity

Reporting to the Tax Customs Specialist, you will assist in maintaining customs compliance and supporting day-to-day trade operations for our Finance Shared Services division. Kering Finance Shared Services (FSSC) supports the Group’s global operations through a network of regional centres. In the UK, the FSSC provides accounting and compliance services to Kering’s Houses. As part of our ongoing transformation and commitment to operational excellence, we are expanding our customs and trade compliance capabilities.

How you will contribute

· 
Assist in the preparation and review of customs documentation for imports and exports.

· 
Support the classification of goods using the UK Global Tariff and Harmonised System (HS) codes.

· 
Help monitor and maintain records for customs audits and compliance checks.

· 
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and compliant shipments.

· 
Draft and send customs clearance instructions to freight forwarders and customs brokers.

· 
Assist in researching UK customs regulations, trade agreements, and duty relief schemes.

Who you are

· 
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in International Trade, Logistics, Business, or other such related fields.

· 
Basic understanding of UK customs procedures, international trade regulations, or supply chain operations.

· 
Strong analytical and organisational skills.

· 
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data.

· 
Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
