Job Description

We are currently seeking a Go To Market Intern who will report to Head of Go To Market as part of our dynamic Go To Market team in Milan.

Your Opportunity

Support the Go-to-Market team in identifying and implementing sales opportunities globally, working closely with marketing, trade marketing and sales teams to achieve distribution goals.

Key Responsibilities

·  Perform market research as well as internal analysis (performance, penetration,...) aimed at supporting your manager in defining business plans/recommendations to ensure all development opportunities are activated in the right way
·  Provide markets and channels with sales support tools and action plans that are clearly implemented and monitored
·  Collaborate with internal departments (Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Sales, Planning,...) to ensure that brand expectations and customer needs are communicated, understood and met
·  Ensure all sales activities meet or improve sales, cost, efficiency targets (key performance indicators) in line with business objectives
·  Support sales teams in periodic tracking of distribution progress and communication to the sales force (e.g. sales meeting presentation)

Who you are

·  Graduated
·  Excellent analytical skills
·  Excellent knowledge of MS-Office package
·  Fluent English (written and spoken)
·  Good aptitude for working in cross-functional teams
·  Team work, attention to detail, passion and motivation
