Job Description

We are currently seeking a Trainer who will report to a Training Manager in Kering Eyewear China

Your opportunity

The potential candidate will capable of creativity, professionality, as well as hands on problem-solving.

How you will contribute

Training Course Development

·  Translate and develop the Eyewear Specific Seasonal training materials or corporate information.
·  Develop the Eyewear courses especially for optically professional knowledge.
·  New Training Course development per the business or client needs, like client cooperated training course.
·  Ad-hoc training per to company business needs.

Training Courses Delivery and Performance Tracking

·  Deliver class training for different clients in different region as planned independently.
·  Conduct store visit and on-site coaching with Brand Ambassadors at key stores as planned.
·  Support other training programs from HQ or linked with sales team.
·  Tracking and regular report for training effectiveness and coverage

Product Training & Analysis

·  Collect and provide feedback on product during training.
·  Cooperate with region product expert team to develop hands-on training materials.
·  Lead course design for product training, including but not limited to formats like presentation, product comparison, and training videos in the purpose of supporting regional sales and e-commerce channel.

Support Buying Events / Live-streaming / POP-UP event / Cooperate event

·  Provide presentation at industry events and trade shows on behalf of Kering Eyewear.
·  Support buying days and provide collections presentation to the clients.
·  Live-streaming presentation and training to support E-Commerce flagship store business needs.

E-learning and logistics maintenance

·  Support Training Manager to design course structure to enrich learning experience.
·  Develop digital training material and videos which will be shared to different channels
·  Regular maintenance of E-learning platform, including but not limited to training material upload, updates, regular test for post training, attendance and learning activeness tracking, etc.
·  Set up for training, venue rental, electronic equipment, samples and training material preparation.

Retail excellence

·  Cooperate with regional sales to build up a retail SOP for providing industry leading customer experience.
·  Support sales team for MSP, identify the opportunity for improvement, work collaboratively for execution plan.

Other missions or tasks as per business needs.

Who you are

·  Bachelor’s degree, good command of English and good computer skill.
·  At least 3+ years of training experience. Fashion/ Cosmetics / Eyewear background is a plus. Retail experience is preferred.
·  Good presentation and training skills.
·  Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
·  Strong communication skills with internal and external parties, strong teamwork spirits.
·  Good organizational and time management skills.
·  People oriented and creative thinking in training.
·  Inspiring, adaptable, passionate for luxury eyewear industry.
·  Capability of working independently.
·  Availability to travel frequently and extensively.
