We are currently seeking a Senior Key Account Executive who will report to the Sales Development and Regional Key Account Director in Asia Pacific as part of our dynamic team.

Your opportunity

You will be responsible for supporting the APAC team in daily tasks, coordinating projects and activities across different functions and working closely with the Sales team to manage existing key account and scout new business opportunities.

How you will contribute

·  Support the sales team in defining budgets and building sales and marketing plans on an assigned perimeter of international customers.
·  Support the sales team in scouting new business opportunities that could bring additional value to the Sales Channel.
·  Support analysis and periodic review of customer assortment plans to maximize sell-out, analyzing different KPI’s such as sell through and productivity per door.
·  Set up and monitor, for each customer within the assigned perimeter, the most appropriate supply chain process to ensure the highest level of service and order fulfilment timeframe (e.g. collaborative planning, automated replenishment).
·  Collect and manage orders in cooperation with the Sales Channel Operations department.
·  Support the drafting of reporting files to monitor and analyze competition to catch new trends and best practices across the industry.
·  Support the development of new Trade Marketing tools in line with specific clients’ needs.
·  Manage and coordinate the invoices activities.
·  Manage the production and shipping of Trade Marketing materials to the assigned clients, coordinating the logistic teams and the external suppliers.
·  Monitor in-store implementations and seasonal visibilities updates in coordination with the client’s team.

Who you are:

·  A bachelor’s degree is required.
·  3-5 years of experience in sales or key account management.
·  Proficiency in excel and powerpoint
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are required. Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
·  Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are important.
·  Must have the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
·  Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager
