Your opportunity
You will support the Sales Support Team with the order taking process, ensuring compliance with business policies and service excellence
How you will contribute
· Supporting customer master data ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness and integrity of all information.
· Supporting the order flow process from acquisition to entry, gaining insights into trade terms and operational efficiency.
· Supporting the implementation and enhancement of customer service-related procedures, processes and systems.
· Assisting in the preparation of sales and customer-related reports, providing valuable insights to the sales team and customers.
· Contributing to the preparation and execution of sales events.
· Other activities which may be required by the team.
Who you are
· Business Degree / Management Engineering / Marketing with outstanding scores
· Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
· Advanced level of English. Dutch, French or Nordics languages skills will be considered as plus
· Teamwork
