Your opportunity

Working along with the Brand Management and Trade Marketing teams to develop and coordinate all institutional & seasonal visual materials and visual merchandising guidelines needed for the different markets in respect of the relevant timing and budget.

How you will contribute

·  Effectively manage the process and timing of materials development to support centralized visibility in the point of sale in compliance with the guidelines defined by each Brand and markets ‘needs.
·  To brief external agencies and suppliers for the POS materials needed, evaluation of prototypes & estimates and presentation to the Brand for the final approval.
·  Manage and supervise the suppliers involved in the development of each project in the correct interpretation of the industrialization indications, in compliance with production times and in the control of product quality
·  To collect and share all information needed to the Purchasing department and Logistic to place the PO with relevant timing and delivery schedule
·  To analyse the POP’s trends data to understand the single items performances in different markets
·  Monitor the stock of POP materials to manage the replanning of institutional materials and for any push actions towards the markets on seasonal materials

Who you are

·  3+ years of work experience in the luxury accessories or cosmetics industry
·  Good knowledge of the main materials used for the POS material development
·  Good knowledge of production processes and technical aspects of the POS material industrialization
·  Good time management and activity planning skills
·  Good analytical skills
·  Strong attention to details
·  Proficiency in Power Point and Excel
·  Good written and spoken English
·  Teamwork, Passion and enthusiasm
·  Curiosity and innovation
