Your opportunity
Maintain and further enhance the luxury customer service experience directly supporting our North American Commercial Optical Sales Team by meeting both the organization and operational targets in order to maximize business opportunities.
Directly and proactively manage the North America OS Prospect New Account Setup and Master Data Account Management and Maintenance. Key Stakeholder for Buying Group and Alliance group account updates in alignment with business strategy.
How you will contribute
· Work directly with key stakeholders to ensure Prospect new account conversion is processed timely in SAP.
· Manage account maintenance requests, change of ownerships, prospect accounts, and acquisitions
· Utilize CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Power BI, and other large databases to create tickets, process credits, and make changes to the master data
· Prepare weekly prospect reports to provide analysis and recommendations to improve the conversion rate and profitability
· Present prospect analytics on a monthly basis to district managers, credit managers, and credit representatives to ensure consistent flow on the company’s order portfolio
· Communicate with brand ambassadors and sales support on domestic and international orders for expedited delivery times
· Participate in the weekly Portfolio calls with the Commercial Optical Sales Team, Planning, Logistics, Credit and the Head of Sales Operations.
· Identify perimeters for the Commercial Team to follow in order to drive a clean portfolio.
· Work closely with Credit to support in driving orders on credit block and pre-pay.
· Real time update to the OS Portfolio Operative, highlighting in detail the process flow and mapping for each process associated to the Prospect New Account Setup and Master Data Account Management and Maintenance.
· Enter New account POP Orders and monitor Portfolio for the North American Optical Sales Channel working with Trade Marketing.
· Enhance and adhere to internal-related procedures, processes, and systems to elevate our Luxury Experience Indirectly and Directly.
· Participate to ad hoc sales-related activities like sales events or projects as needed.
· Ensure DM Checklist is complete and work back with the commercial team if needed
· Systemically apply DM checklist and ensure timely new account order release
· Communicate to Customer Service once accounts are made live in order to action the Customer Welcome Kit.
· Buying Group (BG) and Alliance Account updates (master data maintenance) and verification while monitoring the (BG) inbox
· Place accounts on hold, release (SAP), close accounts and take out of the hierarchy
· Update credit/ portfolio team on account holds/ releases/ closures and if a customer goes direct to (BG) and vice versa
· Update master data for Canada and update closure request to master data for (Canada)
Who you are
• You are Bachelor’s graduated in accounting or business administration, or have equivalent business experience
• You are fluent in English, French of advantage
• You can prove working knowledge of SAP and BI of advantage
• You can prove solid working knowledge of Office Pack, Excel in particular
• You have very good business knowledge of order-to-cash flows
• You have solid strong analytical skills
• You are detail-oriented and business-driven
• You are a problem-solver with strong focus on results
• You are well spoken, confident with strong communication skills
