Your mission

·  Guarantee implementation of people processes, working close to business leaders to guarantee key targets achievement (growth, profitability, people engagement, employee experience).
·  Guarantee excellent service as a professional Business Partner to all relevant internal stakeholders.

How you will contribute

·  Managing the full spectrum of HR processes and activities, in line with Group guidelines (Talent Acquisition & Management, Employees Engagement, L&D, Budgeting, Compensation & Benefit, …).
·  Guaranteeing the acquisition of the required talents on time and on cost. Ensure effective on-boarding of new employees and conduct orientations.
·  Guaranteeing the implementation of an effective performance management process, aligned to business needs, supporting local management team achieving business targets.
·  Guaranteeing the implementation of the Group Talent Management processes, supporting people growth, and building tomorrow's talent pool.
·  Developing trusted partnerships with internal business clients providing challenge, coaching and advice on people related matters, supporting organizational design in line with overall business needs.
·  Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. Manage relationships with solicitors to manage employee relations as required.
·  Being responsible for ensuring effective employee relations culture through regular and timely dialogue with the Works Council, including the negotiation of works agreements
·  Counseling employees and supervisors. Serve as a resource to employees who have problems affecting their performance or employment, offering advice, counsel, and outside Resources as appropriate.
·  Guaranteeing proper implementation of all HR Admin & HR Operations processes in alignment with local labour law and Group guidelines, systems, tools.
·  Being an active contributor in bringing the right level of HR support, leading the implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
·  Guarantee the development of a diversified, imaginative, and empowered working environment.

Who you are

·  Degree in economics, Business Administration, or HR Management.
·  Experience of 5/7 years in 360° HR roles in structured and globally present organizations.
·  Experience of 2/3 years in the luxury, sport & lifestyle business.
·  Labor and Employee Relationship, with solid knowledge in German Labour Law.
·  Experience in working with Works Council.
·  Experience with modern HR Information Systems management.
·  Excellent written and spoken German and English.

·  Possessing a high degree of passion, entrepreneurship, and commitment.
·  Wish to go above and beyond the call of duty.
·  People oriented and results-driven person.
·  Genuine Team player and effective communicator.
·  Analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
·  Well organized, process driven, and able to prioritize effectively.
·  Project Management, able to coordinate multifunctional activities and information flows.

Employment type

·  Permanent contract, Full-time
·  Role will be based in Braunschweig and will require to travel to Munich on a regular basis.
