We are currently seeking an EMEA Audit Coordinator to join our EMEA Platform team. 

Your opportunity
Under the responsibility of the Head of EMEA FSSC, this is a pivotal role that ensures our operations are not just compliant but exemplary. In this capacity, you will navigate the intricate landscape of internal and external audit processes in the EMEA platform, fostering an environment of transparency and integrity across all accounting and reporting functions.

How you will contribute
You will lead and coordinate the audit planning and execution process across the EMEA region, ensuring timely completion and adherence to international standards.

We expect you to develop and maintain productive relationships with accounting and reporting stream leaders to understand their challenges and risks, providing strategic guidance on risk mitigation.
You shall facilitate communication between internal teams and external audit partners, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure a smooth audit process.
You will be responsible for identifying training needs within your team and organizing sessions to enhance their skills in auditing techniques, tools, and best practices.
We expect you to oversee the preparation of audit reports, ensuring they are clear, concise, and provide value-added recommendations to improve business operations.
You shall monitor the implementation of agreed-upon audit recommendations, tracking progress and providing updates to the management.
You will evaluate the effectiveness of the audit function on a regular basis, proposing improvements to methodologies, technologies, and practices when necessary.
We expect you to stay abreast of changes in regulatory frameworks and industry practices relevant to the EMEA region, adjusting audit programs accordingly.

Who you are

You must possess a deep understanding of audit processes and methodologies relevant to the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
You should demonstrate proficiency in coordinating and overseeing multiple audit projects simultaneously, maintaining schedules and ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.
We expect you to have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external partners across various levels of the organization.
You will need to have a solid grasp of risk management principles and the ability to apply them in evaluating and improving audit procedures.
We require that you can use data analysis tools to interpret financial information, identify trends, and make recommendations based on your findings.
You must display leadership qualities that inspire collaboration within your team and across departments to achieve common objectives.
You should exhibit flexibility and adaptability in your approach to managing audits in a rapidly changing business environment.
