We are currently looking for a brilliant and passionate intern to insert in the HR and Administration team, as part of our HR Shared Services team based in Scandicci (FI). 

Your opportunity

As part of Kering HR Shared Services department, you will have the opportunity to take part to both the management of a specific project, and to the creation of a control and analysis process, regarding typical activities of a Payroll and Personnel Administration department.

How you will contribute

·  Support in managing several activities related to the HR project on travel expense report management
·  Support in managing HR Administration activities
·  Create a process to monitor and analyse the anomalies identified
·  Create reports for internal and external stakeholders
·  Check correctness and consistency of HR information in the IT tools

Who you are

·  You are a studying in the field of Finance, Business, Economics, or HR related fields
·  You are fluent in Italian (written and spoken), mastering English would be a strong plus
·  You are a proficient user of MS Office suite (especially Excel)
·  You are accurate, precise, and have an analytical mindset
·  You are a proactive team player and eager to learn
