We are currently seeking a Real Estate Intern to join our Corporate Real Estate team in Milan

Your opportunity

You will have the opportunity to work closely with other team members on the management of the Corporate Real Estate Portfolio of the Group and Luxury Houses worldwide. You will actively support the team during site visits and surveys, as well as through market data collection, benchmarking, and facilitating internal communication and coordination.

How you will contribute

·  Work together with other real estate team members on competitive data collection and internal databases management (mapping, external benchmarks and internal KPIs).
·  Under the guidance of your tutor, provide support to the team in respect of the case studies preparation, feasibility analysis, financial modelling, including during site surveys and upon execution of new lease agreements with the Group’s counterparts.
·  Help the team organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders and prepare minutes of such meetings to facilitate alignment and internal communication.
·  Take care of management and preparation of PowerPoint presentations
·  General administrative tasks support.

Who you are

·  Bachelor's Degree holder in International Real Estate, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
·  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
·  Knowledge in English is mandatory
·  Passionate for fashion and the luxury industry in general
·  Solid business acumen, team player, proactive, fast adapting and attentive to details
