Your opportunity

The People Data & Analytics Intern will support in managing different tasks related to HR reporting, security and data quality assurance. You will receive on-the-job training in tools like Workday and Power BI, while contributing to the smooth operation of data processes within the HR domain. You'll gain hands-on experience by working on real projects, such as streamlining HR operations or enhancing reporting capabilities.

How you will contribute 

People Analytics:

·  Collaborate on the design and enhancement of report templates, ensuring user-friendly documentation
·  Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs focused on data literacy and people analytics for HR teams.
·  Support stakeholders with various data needs and requests, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
·  Answer questions about HR reports & dashboard, guiding HR teams on effective use of data tools.
·  Support the development and ongoing maintenance of group-level Power BI dashboards.

Data Security & Data Quality:

·  Keep HR data secure and ensure only authorized people may access sensitive employee data.
·  Support the management of Workday security roles and permissions
·  Track data quality issues; use tools and processes to identify any errors or inconsistencies in HR data.
·  Work with the team to find solutions and ensure that all HR data is accurate and reliable.

Who  you  are?  

·  Graduate in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.
·  Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work with data, coupled with a genuine interest in learning about HR data systems.
·  Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
·  Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau will be considered a plus.
·  Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
·  Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages will be considered a plus.
