Your opportunity

This full-time internship within the Italian Corporate Entities Legal Team focuses on Logistics and Corporate Law activities. You will learn how to provide essential legal assistance to the Head of Legal, gaining valuable experience in the process. This role requires self-sufficiency, strong organizational skills, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment with geographically dispersed team members. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills by working closely with seasoned professionals in a dynamic and evolving legal environment. You'll be exposed to a wide range of legal matters, providing valuable insights into the field.

Key Accountabilities

Assist in drafting and reviewing different legal documents, both in Italian and English (e.g. agreements, letters, internal memos)

Conduct research activity and assist in addressing legal questions

Support the Legal team in interacting with other departments of the Kering Group (e .g. Procurement, Transport, Customs, General Services)

Assist in ancillary activities, such as preparing cover letters and collecting signatures, as well as other internal documents

Manage archiving activities and database updating

Requirements

Graduate in Italian law

Italian language as a native level, Fluent English, knowledge of French is considered a plus

Proficient user of MS Office Suite (advanced knowledge of Word is a must)

High ethical standards, integrity, discretion

Attention to details and high level of accuracy

Team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive approach, flexibility, and ability to adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced environment

Extracurricular internship of 6 months full-time, with possibility of renewal

Ideal starting date : September 2025
