As an Accountant at Kering Finance Shared Services (KFSSC), you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations. You will be responsible for inventory control and supporting our financial analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, possess SAP and Power BI knowledge, and be dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

How you will contribute

·  Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
·  Conduct regular inventory reconciliations and audits.
·  Collaborate with Merchandising, Stores, and 3rd party warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels.
·  Ensure stock tally from Inventory System (JDA) to Accounting system.
·  Act as the main contact point for all stock transfers and adjustments.
·  Check and ensure that all documents (Stock write-off form) are in order prior to execution of any stock transfer.
·  Perform periodic cycle counts & stock take and is responsible for all stock movements from receiving to outgoing merchandise.
·  Contribute to the month-end closing process by actively participating in various aspects of financial reconciliation and reporting.
·  Assist in analyzing financial data to provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
·  Work closely with various teams to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
·  Prepare reports and presentations based on analysis findings.
·  Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
·  Any other Ad-hoc assignment and projects.  

Who you are

·  Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting or related field.
·  Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
·  Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
·  Strong organizational and time management skills.
·  Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
·  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
