Job description

We are looking for a Team Manager to join our leadership team in Harrods on a permanent contract. You will lead a sales team from the shopfloor to achieve business and product category goals. You will develop and grow the talent within your team, running your own department.

Key Accountabilities

·  Lead and inspire a sales team on the shopfloor to ensure exceptional service is delivered and commercial targets are achieved
·  Monitor the performance of the assigned product categories and proactively propose action plans to reach the business targets
·  Lead the execution of Clienteling activities with your team, developing actions to activate, retain and develop a client base
·  Participate in recruiting and developing a high performing team, proactively monitoring and managing performance
·  Provide support and feedback to Client Advisors ensuring their motivation and sense of belonging are high
·  Partner with the Store Director and the Training team to ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge through specific training, while ensuring they are aware of market trends and competitors
·  Partner with the Store Director and Human Resources on employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution

Key Requirements

·  Proven experience as a Team/Department Manager within Fashion Luxury industry, ideally in contemporary/fashion-forward brands
·  Proven ability to drive results and organizational skills
·  Commercial awareness and business acumen
·  Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team
·  Strong communication skills and assertiveness
·  Resilient and thrives in dynamic environments, embracing change
