Job description
How you will contribute:
·
Provide full spectrum of administration services for office
·
Manage procurement & inventory control of office supplies and invoice verification
·
Ensure smooth running and integrity of all administration systems including phone system and security system
·
Supervise Office Assistant to ensure office cleanliness and tidiness, supply of office stationeries, delivery of documents within Group offices and assigned destinations
·
Control and manage company-issued mobile devices to employees
·
Handle insurance matters and renewal for stores
·
Arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
·
Monitor and prepare budgets & forecasts for office-related expenses
·
Review service contracts and liaise with suppliers
·
Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Who you are:
·
Minimum 3-5 years’ hands-on relevant experience
·
Good interpersonal and communication skills
·
Self-motivated with good problem-solving abilities
·
Strong organizational skills
·
Strong time management and able to multi-tasking
·
Excellent written ability, both in English and Chinese
·
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
