Summary
As the Omnichannel Performance Analyst, you will support the development of the Performance culture in the retail network, supporting the Regional teams and the Stores in enhancing their performance on a daily basis. Within the Omnichannel Performance team, you will support the implementation and effectiveness of management tools & KPIs to measure and optimize the performance of the stores.

Key Accountabilities
· Monitoring of the business performances and processes, throughout the accurate reporting on the key-related metrics;
· Analyze the figures and variables on an impact point of view, using the data in order to drive change and to increase the awareness of the data-driven efficacy;
· Gap analysis on data basis and support in identification of the relevant initiatives to reduce the gap;
· Support to all team member in developing ad hoc analysis to identify area of improvement and accordingly follow up with action plan to drive the change
· Collect needs from management and stakeholders, prioritize, design, and develop concise visualizations to represent large sets of data and information;
· Understands how to manipulate and extract data from many different sources (medias, marketing campaign tools, , etc…) to be able to consolidate and synthesize information;
· Use data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI;
· Design and set-up data visualization dashboards on excel or other tools (online and offline)
Key Requirements
We are looking for someone with minimum 5 years of experience.
· Master's degree in statistics, economics or engineering
· +2 years of experience as Retail Analyst or similar roles, preferably in a corporate organization.
· Previous experience in Retail (or solid proven understanding of Retail KPIs and practices)
· Excellent analytical skills, pro-active. Advanced knowledge of microstrategy tool highly preferred.
· Advanced knowledge of Excel and its main features (e.g., pivot tables, macros, etc.).
· Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
· Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment
· Data mining knowledge and skills will be considered a plus.
· Proactive and enthusiastic approach and out of the box thinking
· Previous in-store experience would be a plus
