Summary
Role Mission

The Global Media Search & SEO Specialist supports the Global Media Search & SEO Manager in delivering the Global Search Media strategy (Organic Search, Paid Search and Shopping) for the brand, eCommerce and local Store network.
This role will help regional eCommerce teams in optimizing their Search Media strategy in close collaboration with the agency teams and vendors. They will also collaborate with the Gucci.com, Content Development Team and Merchandising for new site editorial, technical SEO improvements, as well as website structure optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

·  Help develop and execute the WW Search roadmap in partnership with the Global Search & SEO Manager, local regional teams and agencies
·  Support our current organic and paid search strategies on a day-to-day basis while working closely with the regional teams, Content Development Team and Merchandising
·  Map, prioritize and help execute agency’s SEO recommendations
·  Own the Local SEO/Yext project to build and maintain the online presence for our store locations
·  Help develop the Offsite SEO strategy and help strengthen the relationship between SEO and PR
·  Collaborate with central Data Science teams to build accurate and insightful reports on channel performance and for presentation to stakeholders at all levels. 
·  Help execute technical SEO improvements, coordinating regional requests, agencies and Content Development Team
·  Keep up to date with latest SEO and SEA industry trends and changes to Google’s algorithm
·  Create and update Search channel guidelines for internal stakeholders
·  Research new tools and platforms to maximize results

Key Requirements

·  1/2 years experience in SEO
·  Proficient in English (both written and spoken) is a must
·  Experience in SEA and paid+organic integration is a preferred skill
·  Knowledge of technical aspects of SEO (Core Web Vitals, structured data, sitemaps, hreflang, canonical URLs, etc) and ability to coordinate activities around implementation
·  Good knowledge of Local Search advertising strategies and platforms (e.g., Yext)
·  Google Analytics and reporting experience is required. Google Analytics Certification preferred.
·  Experience on Asian search platforms is a preferred skill (ex: Baidu, WeChat, Naver, etc.)
·  Experience in Pinterest and YouTube SEO is a desired skill
·  Experience in using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, ahrefs)
·  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and growing environment
·  Ability to create and manage cross functional relationships
·  Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility
·  Positive, enthusiastic, able to take initiative with a can-do attitude
·  Growth mindset with an avid desire to continually learn and expand skill set
·  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
·  Strong problem solving and analytical skills
