Job Description

The Client Services team is an internal hub that collaborates cross-functionally with corporate departments and stores to ensure a 360-degree omni-channel client experience. The Fraud Specialist is an integral role within the Client Services division to ensure that the department meets and exceeds all order review key performance indicators and that relationships with third party vendors, the warehouse and the finance department are maximized. The Fraud Specialist will utilize fraud trends and industry knowledge to determine the legitimacy of Gucci orders. This role is responsible for understanding trends, identifying opportunities of efficiency and assisting to ensure that customer service standards are maintained. As Fraud Specialist, we are to represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador by promoting the values and ambitions within the luxury market place.

Key Accountabilities

· 
Responsibility for day-to-day management of all order review queues, ensuring service levels are met and all orders are processed within the expected time frame for each queue;

· 
Review orders for fraudulent activity and identify fraud patterns;

· 
Partner with the treasury department and DOS to manage charge backs and provide backup information;

· 
Report weekly and monthly order review statistics to upper management and colleagues;

Key Requirements

· 
Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent experience;

· 
Previous Ecommerce Fraud industry experience preferred;

· 
Minimum of 2 years working in a corporate office environment;

· 
Previous high-end retail experience a plus;

· 
Ability to think analytically and make sound business decisions;

· 
Willing to learn new processes and procedures;

· 
Strong organization and time management skills;

· 
Cyber Source experience a plus;

· 
Experience working in payment gateways and using 3rd party fraud tools;

· 
Strong excel skills – Pivot tables, v-lookups, index/matches, if-and formula, large data pulls and file maintenance;

· 
Excellent critical thinking skills

· 
Ability to work in a Dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly

· 
Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter
