GUCCI Communications and Client Engagement Intern (6 months contract)

Responsibilities

· 
Collect, compile and manage Communications regional reports such as print & social media coverage

· 
Handle Public Relations sample merchandise and loan requests from the region

· 
Arrange shipments for Public Relations sample merchandise in preparation of Public Relations activities & event

· 
Support Client Engagement team on management of gifts, stock, shipments, and client events when required.

· 
Assist the Communications team in organising and execution of Public Relations events

· 
All other ad hoc activities in support of both Communications and Client Engagement teams

Requirements

· 
Undergraduate in a Marketing or Communications discipline

· 
Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written

· 
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

· 
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· 
Previous experience with other fashion houses is preferred

· 
Ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic environment all while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

· 
High flexibility and ability to adapt to different challenges

· 
Ability to work an ad hoc schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays (if requested)
