Job Description

We are currently seeking a General Services Coordinator who will report to the General Services, Facilities, H&S and Procurement Director as part of our HQ in Sesto Fiorentino (FI).

Your opportunity:

You will report to the General Services, Facilities, H&S and Procurement Director, taking care of the control and supervision of all aspects regarding General Services including Cleaning, Handling and Company restaurant services, both for the HQ in Sesto Fiorentino and Ginori Stores.    

How you will contribute:

Both for our HQ in Sesto Fiorentino and for the Stores, you will take care of:

·  Manage the cleaning, handling, and porter services inside the plant, through the interaction with the manager of the external company to which they are entrusted.
·  Ensure the restaurant services through the company to which the service is contracted.
·  Check that the company’s fleet is managed within the framework of the rental agreement.
·  Interact with the supplier person who rents the copiers to the company.
·  Satisfy the overall services need from offices factory and retail departments.

Who you are:

·  Diploma or bachelor’s degree;
·  Brief but significant experience in the role of General Services;
·  Methodical and rigorous approach;
·  Attitude for continuous improvement;
·  Ability to analyze flows and processes;
·  Relational skills and aptitude for dialogue with internal entities, external consultants and suppliers.
