Lead Business Retail Analyst

Duties : Serve as AMER region technical lead for Kering global POS system. Serve as AMER region technical lead for retail payment system. Manage and configure terminals and devices related to card present payment within the region. Document processes for reference, train support staff for daily support of retail applications, and train relevant teams to ensure success of new store openings. Support overall retail application landscape with a clear understanding of the main processes enabled and relevant integration flows. Maintain strong interaction with central team to properly address the regional business requirements, and serve as the regional voice of the customer. Partner with central team on global/regional service roadmap, change management process, solution design process, incident management, strategic vision, and strategic plans for service. Collect, document, normalize and prioritize the requirements at country level to provide to the global business solutions team with a consistent and consolidated view of the regional requirements and negotiate the regional specifics against the global template. Collaborate with regional teams in demand and change management processes: perform business relationship management, governance, quality, project management office, store operations, and network and infrastructure. Develop and maintain business processes at regional level, including specificities across the countries. Develop and maintain all support reference documents for retail applications. Act as the Escalation Point for specific applications malfunctions that impact regional business operation. Support Kering group multi-brand and shared services approach. Develop Retail part and maintain business process/application map at regional level and specific country application. Interact with third parties/vendors on specific retail applications used in particular countries due to country fiscal and legal requirements.
Requirements : Requires 5 years of experience as a Technical Retail Analyst with Micros XStore POS in a luxury market. Experience specified must include 5 years of each of the following: querying databases and systems using SQL; and diagnosing and troubleshooting system or functional problems. Experience specified must also include 2 years of each of the following: documenting technical and functional system processes and flows; system testing concepts and methodologies; translating technical details into business/functional terms and vice-versa. Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week.
