Job description
Role Summary This role provides high-level executive assistance to the Japan & Korea leadership while driving cross-functional projects that support business expansion, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is superbly organized, a strong multi-tasker, and a self-starter who can operate autonomously in a fast-paced luxury environment. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across multiple markets and organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
· Provide proactive administrative and organizational support to the Japan & Korea leadership.
· Manage complex calendars, business trips, expenses, and communication flow.
· Prepare high-impact presentation materials, reports, and documentation (PowerPoint skills essential).
· Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions.
· Always maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
Project Coordination
· Support cross-functional projects across Japan & Korea, liaising with Retail, HR, Finance, Marketing, VM, and global teams.
· Coordinate timelines, track project progress, and ensure that deliverables are met.
· Facilitate communication and alignment across diverse functions and organizational levels.
· Prepare project documents and ensure smooth execution end-to-end.
Stakeholder Management
· Act as a communication hub between the Executive Office and local/global teams.
· Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
· Influence and coordinate multiple functions with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Haves
· English & Japanese bilingual (fluency in both written and spoken communication).
· Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
· Advanced skills in PowerPoint and presentation documentation; strong ability to create clear, polished executive-level materials.
· Self-starter with strong ownership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.
· Proven ability to liaise, coordinate, and influence across diverse teams and hierarchical levels.
Preferred Qualifications
· Korean language proficiency is a plus.
· Previous experience supporting executives (EA or similar roles).
· Experience in the luxury industry is strongly preferred but top-tier industries such as consulting firms, cosmetics, automotive, or leading FMCG are also suitable.
· Experience working in multinational, fast-paced environments.
