We are currently looking for a Brand Manager .
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing
· Develop, coordinate and execute Trade Marketing strategy and roll out plans for all campaigns along with VM & Sales
· Manage and coordinate bi-annual ‘Sell In' showroom branding execution
· Co-ordinate development and production of window /in-store campaigns for Retail/WS accounts
· Meet with Retail/WS accounts on a quarterly basis and plan marketing campaigns for the period
· Develop together with agencies unique and different promotional opportunities for Retail/WS accounts
· Quarterly market visits to all markets to ensure effective campaign executions
· Develop wrap up reports to highlight all trade executions implemented
· Develop competitive analysis reports as a result of market visits
· Collate marketing assets and coordinate/provide to WS accounts to support sell through prior to every campaign and product launch Communication:
· Manage daily tasks between PME & EEMEA Hub
· Regular communication with WS/Retail accounts to ensure dissemination of marketing material relevant to each campaign at least 2 weeks prior to launch (eg.Creative guides, social assets, PR material, images, in-store videos and films)
· Manage internal communication of key international marketing messages/announcements
· Develop quarterly Marketing Newsletter
Public Relations:
· Develop and co-ordinate seasonal product photo-shoots and create an image archive
· Co-ordinate and action PR tasks sent by international via PR Buzz
· Co-ordinate with PR agency and develop action plans to complimentcampaign/project roll outs
· Develop together with PR agency seasonal seeding plan for media
· Meet weekly with PR agency to cover status reports on planned PR push for all BUs
· Develop monthly PR reports on brand coverage
· Develop PR wrap up reports upon conclusion of projects/campaigns
· Establish positive relationships with Media/Editors to improve brand perception and pick up
· Manage ‘Sell In' Marketing product selections and coordinate usage/storage as required
· Coordinate Media product requests for photo-shoots
· Manage product/giveaway orders and logistics (ADPL/Brandon ) Events:
· Develop annual events calendar based on International focus to launch and activate seasonal stories
· Develop together with agency unique and different activation platforms to support campaigns
· Develop satellite activations on a regional level depending on priority markets
· Coordinate branding and logistical requirements for events
· Co-ordinate development and production of Marketing collateral attached to events
· Co-ordinate product requirements associated with event
· Co-ordinate F&B requirements required for event
· Co-ordinate installation, dismantling, storing and archiving of Event Material
· Develop along with agency event show flow and guest list for events
· Develop wrap up reports to document and communicate events internally Entertainment:
· Develop seasonal seeding plans for advocates, ambassadors and socialites (i.e.connectors)
· Meet with connectors and plan product selections on a seasonal basis
· Create impactful relationships with connectors to facilitate brand alignment
· Proactively seek out new connectors to align on brand tie ups
· Develop monthly entertainment reports covering product seeding provided Media:
· Develop and create briefs to launch ATL campaigns to Media agency
· Co-ordinate Media plans between agency and international
· Develop MPPs to request assets/artwork from international and/or local ad agency
· Co-ordinate campaign assets/artwork between international/ad agency and local Media agency
· Manage, execute and monitor roll out of ATL campaigns
· Analyze campaign/media reports from agency to ensure effective execution
· Develop wrap up reports to document and communicate events internally Social:
Develop social content plans for:
· Campaigns & projects
· PUMA social channels – weekly/monthly through Spredfast tool
· Connector's social channels – monthly
· Retail and Wholesale social channels – monthly
· Sponsored assets social channels – monthly Financial:
· Manage and co-ordinate annual budget for all Marketing disciplines
· Develop monthly financial reports
· Develop quarterly forecast reports
· Manage third party financial transactions
Desired profile
Things you should bring along / Qualifications:
Education:
• University Degree preferably in Marketing
Experience:
• 3-5 years experience in marketing, preferably consumer goods industry
(sports, lifestyle, fashion)
Capabilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing) at business
level. Preferred: Arabic speaker
• Knowledge of and active involvement in sport and the business of sport
• Dynamic and creative
• Results driven
• Multitasking capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Project Management skills
• Ability to work under minimum supervision with a proactive approach
• Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power-point)
