We are currently seeking a WW Digital Business Analyst as part of our dynamic Global Ecommerce team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
· Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards covering sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.
· Monitor daily website KPIs and tracking accuracy across tools (GA4, Tableau), ensuring data reliability.
· Analyze user on-site behaviors, product performance on-site to identify improvement opportunities.
· Conduct post-event and campaign analyses to measure results and extract key learnings.
· Support ongoing website optimization through data interpretation and recommendations.
· Consolidate insights in presentations and business decks for senior team leadership, ensuring visibility on performance trends.
· Guarantee alignment between analytics data (GA4) and business data (Tableau), ensuring completeness and accuracy of reported metrics.
Who you are:
· At least 2/3 years of relevant experience
· University Degree in Business, Management, Finance or other relevant quantitative degree
· Fluent in English
· Excellent analytical skills and accuracy, extremely detailed-oriented
· Hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint and working knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics 4
· Good comprehension of Digital Business logic and ability to perform complex analysis
· Strong reliability and flexibility
· Exceptional commitment to teamwork, ability to handle multi-tasks with tight deadlines
