We are currently seeking a Support to our team who will report to the Business Planning Manager.
Your opportunity
The Business Planning & Logistics Incident Support reporting to the Business Planning Manager, will collaborate and support on Planning activities and incident management of planning related topics. This role involves close collaboration with relevant Kering Supply Chain and Logistics functions, and Kering Technologies.
How you will contribute
· Check and coordinate the process related to Outbound deliveries creations (Wearhouse orders) of across multiple distribution centers, ensuring adherence of deliveries timelines and operational priorities.
· Raise operational tickets related to delays and system errors, collaborating with internal teams and leveraging data from planning tools and warehouse systems.
· Support cross-functional initiatives by providing structured data and insights to monitor order flow efficiency, identify process bottlenecks, and contribute to continuous improvement in planning accuracy
· Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet customer expectations
· Adhere to precision, quality and timing standards to ensure best service to customers.
· Support other departments facilitating the collection of information to monitor business trends and opportunities
Who you are
· University degree is considered a plus
· A professional with excellent written and spoken communication skills, who can communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders A strong problem solver who is able to prioritize and meet deadlines
· A proactive team player who is flexible, adaptable and reliable
· An individual with excellent written and spoken communication skills, and can communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
· Former experience and knowledgeable about logistics flows is considered a plus
· Expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. The working knowledge of SAP would be a plus
· Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English
