Job Family Group Description - Merchandising: This Job Family Group includes all jobs responsible for selection, availability and visibility of brands’ collections and products within a given territory or for a given sales channel. Job Family Description - Visual Merchandising: Ensures product visibility, store display, layout and signs are aligned with brand style. Supports the development of designs and creation of physical material needed for events, campaigns and/or special events, following creative guidelines and style guide.

·  Responsible for regular store window set-up, in-store display and styling
·  Ensure VM guidelines are well applied to stores and align with the VM standard requested by Head office
·  Conduct regular store visits to ensure the consistence
·  Participate in store openings, renovations, pop up store and events projects
·  Provide VM guideline/training to the store staff to ensure store layouts comply with Bottega Veneta concept and directions
·  Source and liaise with suppliers/contractors to produce/arrange VM props according to Head Office guideline and to ensure the quality is up to standard and the delivery schedule can be met
·  Work closely with merchandising team and retail operations team in all VM related issue according to company business strategies
