We are currently seeking a Retail HR Intern who will report to the HR Manager Italy, Greece and Turkey as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute?

As an HR Intern, you will be the heartbeat of our HR activities, supporting our team in the day-to-day activities. You will be involved in recruitment, onboarding, and much more. This is a hands-on experience where you’ll have the chance to apply your skills in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

RECRUITMENT

·  Support the entire recruitment and hiring processes: from identification of staffing needs and potential recruiting sources, to job postings’ creation, applications’ screening and proactive candidates search, interviews and feedback communications

ONBOARDING

·  Assist in managing employees’ onboarding process from the employment offers’ preparation and paperwork to the update of HR databases

HR ADMINISTRATION

·  Draft official documents for employees (contracts, letters etc…) ensure that all HR systems are up to date and accurate at all times

TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS

·  Bring support to the HR Team for the organization, coordination and delivery of variety of HR initiatives and projects

Who you are?

·  Student currently enrolled in Economics, HR, Business Management or related areas
·  Excellent Problem Solving & Communication skills
·  Fluent in English (Advanced Level) and Italian
·  Excellent team working skills, able to face dynamic environments
·  Strong planning and organizational skills
·  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Power Point and Excel)
