We are currently seeking a Retail HR Intern who will report to the EMEA HR Director as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute?
· Support all the recruitment and hiring processes: identification of staffing needs and potential recruiting sources, job postings, applications’ screening, managing interview invites and end of process feedback to candidates
· Prepare employment offers and administrative letters
· Ensure new joiners receive all the necessary work tools on the day of joining (IT equipment, discount card etc.)
· Coordinate probation confirmation activities sending out confirmation dates, confirmation forms and employee confirmation letters
· Preparing induction training plan
Who you are?
· Student enrolled in Economics, HR, Business Management or related areas
· Excellent Problem Solving & Communication skills
· Fluent in English (Advanced Level)
· Excellent team working skills, able to face dynamic environments
· Strong planning and organizational skills
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
