Job description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Merchandising Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the retail and merchandising industry, providing valuable insights into product selection, inventory management, and visual merchandising strategies.

Main Duties

·  Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform merchandising strategies.
·  Weekly replenishment for the Johor Bahru Premium Outlet Store and attend to client requests weekly.
·  Participate in inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels and assisting with replenishment.
·  Tracking of Merchandising samples and managing loan forms.
·  Help prepare weekly reports and presentations for team meetings.

Job Holder Requirements

·  Currently pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
·  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
·  A creative mindset with an interest in retail trends and consumer behavior.
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·  Previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required
