We are currently looking for a Legal Specialist for our Global Legal Team, for a fixed term contract.
How you will contribute?
· support the business on day-to-day privacy and compliance matters, providing practical legal assistance;
· support internal approval processes and contribute to the legal and compliance assessment of business initiatives;
· support the review and negotiation of commercial agreements, with a particular focus on privacy, compliance and regulatory provisions;
· assist with the review of data processing agreements and other data protection documentation;
· support third-party due diligence activities and related compliance assessments;
· assist in handling data subject requests and with responses to supervisory authorities;
· assist with the drafting, review and update of internal policies, procedures, guidelines and compliance documentation;
· carry out legal and regulatory research, monitor relevant developments and prepare internal reports and practical guidance;
· contribute to training and awareness initiatives on privacy and compliance topics;
· work closely with internal stakeholders across functions and external counsel on projects involving privacy and compliance aspects.
Who you are?
· Graduate in Law (focus on Privacy and Compliance would be considered a plus);
· A previous experience of 1/2 years in a similar role would be a plus;
· Fluent in Italian and English;
· Proficient Microsoft Office Package;
· High ethical standards, discretion, and professional integrity;
· Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
· Detail-oriented, dynamic and proactive;
· Teamwork and good relational skills.
