Job description

Reporting to the Global People Director, the Industrial People Senior Partner plays a strategic and hands-on role in supporting the Industrial organization within Gucci. Acting as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, the role drives the implementation of the People strategy across industrial functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand values, and a culture of excellence, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

The role contributes to building a sustainable industrial workforce by fostering talent development, leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement in complex and high-performance environments.

Key Accountabilities

·  Act as a strategic advisor to Industrial leaders on people, organizational, and leadership matters.
·  Translate business strategy into effective HR and talent actions for industrial environments.
·  Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives in line with business evolution.
·  Ensure a positive, inclusive, and constructive employee relations climate, addressing complex people matters in collaboration with legal and industrial relations stakeholders when required.
·  Drive the implementation of end-to-end talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development actions.
·  Support leaders in managing performance issues, feedback, and people development in a consistent and fair way.
·  Assess skill gaps and future capability needs within industrial functions.
·  Support reskilling and upskilling initiatives aligned with innovation, transformation, and sustainability goals.
·  Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and tools in line with corporate standards.
·  Leverage HR data and analytics to support decision-making and monitor key people indicators.
·  Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, ensuring efficiency, simplicity, and strong employee experience.

Requirements

·  Master’s degree in law/economics/political science
·  Proven background as HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner with exposure to senior stakeholders.
·  Significant experience in HR leadership roles within industrial, manufacturing, or operations environments, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
·  Strong business acumen and ability to operate as a credible partner to senior leadership.
·  Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and employee relations in an industrial context.
·  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
·  Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and fast-paced environments.
·  Hands-on, pragmatic, and people-oriented mindset, combined with strategic thinking.
·  Fluency in English (other languages considered a plus).
