Job Family Group Description - General Management: Provides guidance and support to our business. Contributes to and supports business growth at different levels, from the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan to general administrative assistance. Job Family Description -Top Management: Includes all the top executive roles responsible for the overall success of the business. Develops and translates our strategy into goals and short-term and long-tem objectives. Ensures that our company does not veer from its strategic guidelines. Controls and oversees all business operations, workforce and ventures. Sub-Job Family Description - Regional / Country Management: Supervises our business in a defined geographical region / country and is responsible for the workforce and operations in that location. Determines the operational practices of all our offices in that region / country. Makes sure each office runs smoothly and is compliant with our strategic guidelines and policies. Creates and maintains budgets. Coordinates with and reports to upper management.
Business Development & Goals achievement
· In charge of identifying and proposing new business development opportunities to grow the markets according to the brand's plan
· Define and derive business plans across different channels (Online and Offline)
· Analyze main business trends and provide regular detailed feedback to the business
· New DOS openings including design, construction, buying, staffing and follow up
· Deliver DOS sales targets
· Maintain strong relationships with landlords to ensure long-term development in the territory
· Timely order/reorder to achieve sell-through goals in the respect of the inventory levels, OTB Management
Brand / Store Image
· Ensure Store image perfectly aligned with Corporate guidelines
· Ensure outstanding service, including perfect staff grooming and After Sales Service
· CRM: VIP database development (quality and quantity)
P&L and Cashflow Management & Operations
· As a member of the Management Team, participate in strategic development plans of the brand
· Prepare budget and forecast plans including sales plans, operating budgets, staffing plans, marketing plans and capital expenditures
· Anticipate the needs of the structure on both people and system to cope with the growth of the brand
· Ensure that all operating units conform with local and national statutory laws and regulations as well as adhere to brand's policies
· Ensure the fluidity of the logistics in the territory to have a correct supply of products
· KPI analysis to ensure proper performance tracking
Organization
· Build an effective structure/team that is aligned, empowered and accountable
· Inspire, motivate, develop and retain key talents within the team
· Set stretched goals to departments to meet brand's goals and plans
· Provide leadership to the team to ensure the financial targets are met while infusing the core value of honesty, entrepreneurship and innovation of the brand
· Lead by example and advocate group and brand policies/guidelines to ensure full compliance
