Job Description

We are currently seeking an EMEA Wholesale Communication Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute?

·  Update and maintain Marketing and PR mailing lists
·  Support the Global team with samples management and editorial requests, by compiling requests by priority and requesting returns (knowledge of Fashion GPS highly preferred)
·  Support management of samples requests for marketing campaigns and e-players editorial requests
·  Compiling press reports seasonally and for specific projects
·  Support in briefing PR agencies with materials and monitor outreach
·  Support in material gathering and approval for marketing activations
·  Support in material gathering for partners training
·  Support compiling shooting list in the showroom
·  Support controlling assets and styling guidelines are respected for e-players platforms

Who you are?

·  Excellent Microsoft office knowledge
·  Fluency in English
·  Strong communication skills, highly organized
·  Team working skills
